*Radio Upgrade Hermes form Cinglar ROM*
Down load from bellow.
★Hermes Radio 111★
★Hermes Radio 116★
Onother one
★Hermes Radio 113★
Step:
1:Go to Bootloader mode
(Power Button + OK button on left side of device +Stylus)
2:Connect to PC via ActivSync
3:Excute “MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe” and procceed it
(for Radio 1.11, discription is ver 0.70, but dont care it, it
must be 1.11)
4:The screen of Hermes will turn to white and show u
“Upgrade Radio Stack Please wait………”
5:”MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe” will be closed automaticaly after
fiish Flashing Radio,
or it will dscribe “Upgrade Error”, But you already
successfull. dont worry that error!
6:Make a soft reset with stylus.
Device will not be hard reset. u can keep your datas
(in my case)@I tested with Vario II and no problem,
But i can not take responsiblity if you failed and lost your
datas, or damage on your device,
PLS try your own risk!

Hello Asukal… xda-developers forum is down for migration today, but I am trying to replicate your process and I don’t know if I am doing it correctly:
1) nbh2dbh.pl HERMIMG.nbh HERMIMG.dbh
2) dbhdecode.pl HERMIMG.dbh
3) alpinenbfdecode.pl -e GSM.nb radio_.nbf
My radio_.nbf and yours differ, is it because of header information or am I doing something wrong?
