台南地域の地震に関連して中国華南地域のネット環境がおかしい。
メールもかなり取れなくなっている。
香港はかなり絶望的らしいがシンセンは独自ラインの為かまだ
何とかなっているが、通常の状況ではない。
（中国国内のサイト、サーバーでは問題は出ていないようである）
